The brisket was absolutely delicious. I’m from the USA and I love BBQ, especially brisket. This is some of the best brisket I’ve ever had. It was tender yet juicy and the bark’s flavor was, in my opinion, about perfect (slightly salty with a hint of pepper). This was some of the best brisket I’ve ever had. I also had a side of a potato puree, which was also very good. The pils was also good. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal at Oak 107. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves Texas-style BBQ.
The wagyu beef tartare was great. A lot of different flavors that all came together for a really good appetizer. I wasn't as happy with the brisket, I expected a lot more pepper and more smoke for Texas style, it seems like it was rather overcooked compared to what I'm used to. That being said, it's the second best bbq I've had in Europe. The broccoli was my favorite side, with the coleslaw having a lot of dressing and not as much cabbage. The service was very friendly and spoke English as well. It was a nice restaurant, too. Worth it to go back and try the short rib next time!
Very nice steakhouse, the beef was amazing, tasty , tender, juts delicious, the staff were nice and friendly, we loved the seating and the restaurant environment
Wagy tartare was great. Brisket was abit dry and needed some vegetables also on top of fries and sauce.

Great and delicious food and drink, all freshly prepared and the meat was perfect. Portions are good to large, at least we were full.
A very simple and great lunch - only three options and we tried 2 of them: Iron flat steak and pulled pork burger. The fries were also great.
Amazing food and very unique service and attention...
We unfortunately ordered a bottle of wine that was perfectly ok but was not up to our taste... The sommelier took the bottle back, and brought 3 bottles to show us and explain and recommanded a perfect choice...
Steaks are out of this world, Smokey taste, perfectly cooked...
Went out to dinner here while traveling from NY with friends. Food was spectacular!! Everything was seriously, seriously delicious, but I couldn’t get enough of the Cajun sweet potato fries. Wait staff could not have been nicer either. This is the place for people in Vienna looking for a good time and better food.
